Orange City Council has supported the development of Health Services in Orange. Its organisational support of the Radiotherapy Alliance and now Cancer Care Western NSW is a great example of what can be done when Local Government and the Community work together. CENTROC, the Central NSW Regional Organisation of Councils generously extends this support throughout the region.

This company is Australia's largest gold producer. Cadia Ridgeway, the division which manages the local goldmine at Cadia, is a great supporter of community projects in Orange. It is Cancer Care Western NSW's 1st major corporate sponsor with a donation of $50,000.

Orange Credit Union was created by residents of Orange over 40 years ago. It looks after Cancer Care Western NSW funds.  It provides sponsorship of selected events such as the Charity Golf Day in Nov 2008.

New South Wales Cancer Council - http://www.nswcc.org.au/
The New South Wales Cancer Council has committed 50% of the net proceeds for Relay for Life over the next 2 years to Cancer Care Western NSW, up to the amount of $500,000.

This income will be used to assist with the stage one build of CareWest Lodge. It not only represents a significant grant of assistance financially, but a strengthening of the brand equity of Cancer Care Western NSW in its fundraising efforts, and its partnerships with cancer charities and significant cancer organisations in NSW.

This organisation supported one of it's own players Julian Huxley in a charity bike ride from Canberra to Orange in August 2008.  This was followed by a weekend of social and fundraising activities.  Over $50,000 was raised towards CareWest Lodge.

This local business is a generous supporter of Cancer Care Western NSW by devoting a small percentage of each property sale specifically to the building project.  A project to be emulated !!

The Morse Group is one of regional NSW's leading business and financial services advisor.  It provides Cancer Care Western NSW with accounting and business support including it's official postal address.

This branch of the Rural Press organisation is Orange's daily newspaper.  It is  a strong supporter of Cancer Care Western NSW with a regular fundraising update column and photographic publicity of fundraising activities.

At a local branch level this company has undertaken fundraising events of it's own.  At a corporate level it matched the fundraising efforts of the Rugby Union Players Association by donating $1 for every $2 raised to a maximum of $20,000.  A most generous venture.
